About the Award    **2013 Nomination Forms will be available Summer 2013.**

We are pleased to announce the 2013 NSPA Scholarship Provider of the Year Award, sponsored by Fastweb. This prestigious award recognizes scholarship providers who demonstrate exceptional leadership, efficiency, and impact in their support of higher education.
 
2013 winners will be announced at the NSPA Annual Conference on October 16 in Portland, OR

CATEGORIES OF ENTRY:

College & University Providers – scholarship organizations within a post-secondary educational institution providing scholarships for study at the institution.

Independent Providers – scholarship organizations run by a private or public foundation, unaffiliated with a specific college or university.

WINNING ORGANIZATIONS RECEIVE:

  • $2500 cash prize donated by Fastweb to the general scholarship fund of the winning organization
  • Recognition at the NSPA National Conference
  • Recognition on the NSPA Web site
  • A plaque for display at their office
  • An invitation to present a session at the following year’s National Conference


HOW TO ENTER:

1. Nominate yourself or others
A nomination is not required. As in past years, all NSPA members are encouraged to complete an entry form on behalf of their own organizations.

At the same time, we encourage NSPA members to recognize the achievements of their colleagues by nominating other member organizations. Nominated organizations will need to complete an entry form to be considered.

**Previous winners and current members of the NSPA Board of Directors are not eligible.**

**Winners will be selected by Mark Kantrowitz, Publisher of FinAid.org and Fastweb.com.**

**To be considered, organizations must be members of the National Scholarship Providers Association**
